Corsair void pro wireless not turning on

The other day when I obtained off my computer system I just plugged the headset in shut it off and also currently it wont revolve ago on

Tried repairing. Nopoint happened via headset

Tried updating it in icue, just tells me to plug right into pc even though it already is

Tried holding down the mute switch for 20 seconds to "reset" the headcollection as I review on a forum

Nopoint seems to be working currently and the last time I used the headcollection and every time before it operated perfect without fail

Edit. Someone tried dming me and I accidently declined it before reading, it was dead and also I got a replacement

I’m not very acquainted with the wiremuch less variation but I have a wired variation. Are tright here any lights on it except for the charging one and also the rgb on both earpieces?

No light what's so ever before also once plugged straight into usb port on motherboard

Is every little thing else functioning in your pc? Like key-boards, mice, other rgb items?

Yes my corsair keyboard and also razer computer mouse and mousepad are all going and also so is the rgb.
