Error please launch game from steam client

When I attempt opening vivaworldcup.info I get an error saying: "Please launch the game from your Steam client". I then opened it from steam library and also it did not work-related. I tryed searching for solutions on internet but none of them functioned. The points I tryed: rebeginning computer system, rebeginning vapor, stoping vapor.exe in job manager, waiting a week, yet namong those worked. Please help :/

I tryed running heavy steam as an adminstrator and also it did not work then I tryed reinstalling yet it still didn"t work-related :/ and I also tryed verifying integrity on game cache before reinstalling still DID NOT WORK. =( halp me
