Setup will continue after restarting your computer

I have a lappeak Dell Inspiron M5030 and also did something wrong. I tried to make a bootable flash however instead of disk 1 i cleaned disk 0 and my disk drive D disshowed up. I controlled to rerotate it yet I couldn"t add or delete documents from it. Then I tape-recorded windows 7 on a DVD and shut it down. (The computer system was really slow I think it didn"t shut dvery own and also I unplugged it.)

The following morning I tried to rotate the computer system on however it showed "NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". I didn"t know what to do and also I tried to reinstall windows. While installing windows after the initially reboot it mirrors "Setup will proceed after refounding your computer", it restarts and also reflects babsence screen or "Press any kind of key to boot from CD/DVD". I tried installing Windows 7 Ultimate and believed it could be 64-little bit so I tried through Windows 7 excessive edition R1 32-little. It"s the very same - can not fill windows.

Please help I do not understand what to do!

Thank you for the answer but the problem is that I don"t have a backup, can"t recover windows and also I can not install windows. /RebuildBcd states "Total figured out Windows installations: 0 The procedure completed successfully." It reboots when I try to install windows and reflects babsence display.

P.S. I have the right to access the job manager and notepad so i have the right to check out my computer system but I do not know the reason why i can not log on an the installation of windows does not go to the end.
