Steam no controller detected xbox one

So I"m trying to settle my friend"s Xbox Controller, I plugged it in and tool manager detects it however none of the programs that use the Xbox One Controller doesn"t job-related. I went on Steam and also it said that no controller was detected. I opened up Xbox Accessories and also it sassist to attach a Xbox One Controller however the controller is associated. I"ve tried manually finding drivers such as vivaworldcup.info Xbox One Controller rather of Xbox One Controller yet all it did was make the controller vibprice constantly and that was all that adjusted around the controller. The Xbox One Controller is the first form of Controller and I"m trying to connect it by USB.

What operating device are you using?

When you open up the control panel (use the "classic" regulate panel on Windows 10, not the "modern" settings app with the cogwheel/gear icon), type "game" right into the search panel in the top right of the control panel window.
